The history of gourmet honey stretches back over millions of years, and Honey Ridge Farms beekeeping history stretches over five generations. They are a fifth generation beekeeping family committed to providing high quality specialty gourmet honey and other honey-based foods.
Honey Ridge Farms was founded in 2004 by Leeanne Goetz. Located in Brush Prairie, Washington, Honey Ridge Farms produces and sources artisan gourmet honey from several regions of the United States. We select high quality gourmet honey with each unique flavor being determined by the floral source the bees visit.
Our additional product line, besides gourmet honey includes our revolutionary Balsamic Honey Vinegar (made entirely out of honey) and our gourmet honey crèmes (a blend of honey and fruit or spices). Product development is ongoing and some new and exciting products will be coming this spring.
